Typhoon Dolphin continues to affect shipping operations across eastern China, with precautionary measures now extending to key container terminals in Shanghai.

Following the previously announced operational restrictions at Ningbo-Zhoushan Port, the latest operational information received by Woodland's teams indicates that container receiving and delivery operations will be suspended at Shanghai's Waigaoqiao and Yangshan terminals from 8 August.

Shanghai Port suspension schedule

The following operational suspensions are scheduled from 8 August:

Waigaoqiao Terminal

• Empty container receiving and delivery suspended from 08:00
• Laden container receiving and delivery suspended from 12:00

Yangshan Terminal

• Empty container receiving and delivery suspended from 06:00
• Laden container receiving and delivery suspended from 08:00

The measures are being introduced as weather conditions associated with Typhoon Dolphin develop across the region.
