Woodland Entertainment are hiring Operations Coordinator with experience in Airfreight to join our Team in Hayes, near Heathrow. The Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Operations Manager, customer and suppliers to support the Woodland Entertainment Team to provide operational support with export airfreight, ocean freight and road-freight.

About the job:
- To provide export airfreight, ocean freight and road-freight operational support to the team;
- Dealing with overseas and UK based customers and suppliers;
- Liaise with customers and suppliers to obtain information to ensure correct measures are in place and needs are being met;
- Ensure customers are fully informed of the progress of their shipment’s information;
- Ensure correct documentation is on file and act accordingly as set out in the instructions;
- Dealing with invoicing and costing system;
- General administration work;
- Ensure that the requirements of the Customer needs are met at all times;
- Any other duties as required by management for the smooth and efficient operation of the department.
- Carry out any other duties required to help the effectiveness and efficiency of our operation.
- Help to improve and upgrade our internal communication and customer service
- Work with the operation and accounts team to continually improve processes and business performance;
- Support changes in the role necessary to take the department and business forward; and
- Work to achieve personal objectives set at appraisal and/or those set monthly or quarterly.
