About the job:

  • · Processing and Recording Invoices: Verify, and enter supplier invoices into the operations system, ensuring all details are accurate and coded correctly
  • Reconciliation and Reporting: Assist in reconciling supplier accounts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain up-to-date records of all transactions.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end reporting, including aged creditor analysis and accruals for unpaid invoices.
  • Check and digitally file all costing invoices once complete ready for audit
  • Communicate effectively with internal colleagues and overseas offices to progress files accordingly, key contact between the BOSP and operations.
  • Update currencies and daily interface in support of the accounts department.
  • Send documents and other information to customers
  • Any other duties as required by management for the smooth and efficient operation of the department including general queries.
