Lift Life Foundation, delivered by Woodland Group, changes lives in Chicago, Illinois

The Lift Life Foundation, delivered by Woodland Group, changes lives in Chicago, Illinois, with new state of the art Olympic class gym and fitness suite.

Woodland Group partnered with bodybuilding.com's Lift Life Foundation in 2016 and has since helped deliver 3 remodelled weight rooms across the USA (Tennessee, Indiana and Montana), positively impacting over 15,000 lives.

In September 2018, we proudly supportedthe Lift Life foundation as Official Logistics partner with their installation of a brand-new gym and fitness room at Michele Clark High School in Chicago, Illinois.

The new ‘Officer Carolyn Brown’ Fitness Center at Michele Clark High School now features state of the art Olympic lifting platforms embedded in new flooring, a brand new multi-functional lifting station, new dumb bells, as well as a leg press, cable crossover, chest press and other equipment to help students enjoy sports, fitness and further their wellbeing in a safe environment, and teach them proper form to avoid things like injury. The facility also features a new cardio area equipped with three treadmills, two bikes, an elliptical and a rowing machine.

The Lift Life Foundation is a non-profit organization that serves students at underfunded highschools across the United States by completely transforming their old, dilapidated and unsafe weight rooms.

Their mission is to give underprivileged students access to the tools they need to improve their fitness and health levels, boost their self-worth and confidence and to become stronger versions of themselves both physically and mentally through exercise.

See the students’ reaction when they opened the doors to their new facility for the first time:
