India's Transporters Association calls for indefinite strike

The All India Motor Transport Congress (AIMT) has called for an indefinite strike from 20th July 2018, 6.00am, onwards, asking the government to consider a number of changes within the Indian transport industry, amongst them, making India toll barrier free.

Disruptions and/or delays in delivery of any goods are expected until this is resolved. 

We are monitoring the situation closely and will keep you up to date.

Kerala rains and floods have brought the state to a standstill

Following the worst floods the state has seen in 100 years, authorities are trying to manage the effects of this crisis and rescue efforts continue to help those stranded while operations at Cochin International Airport predicted to stay suspended until 26th August due to flooding in and around the airport with delays expected as a result.
