Delays expected as Shanghai braces for Typhoon Rumbia

A blue alert has been raised in Shanghai as Typhoon Rumbia is expected to hit the city later this evening and the storm will continue for most of tomorrow. 

Storm activity has heightened with this being the third typhoon to hit Shanghai in the past 4 weeks.  

Both Yangshan and Waigaoqiao terminals will close this afternoon until further notice with delays expected as a result.
