The Woodland Group HR team are looking for an administrator to support the HR function. We are looking for a proactive individual who can work on their own initiative to achieve desired results. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 12 months HR administration experience and a strong work ethic.
What the role is
This role will the be the first point of contact in the HR office. Working hours are 09:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday. Part time working will be considered, however presence in the office Monday to Friday is needed.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Following the recruitment process to ensure the management team have full support with advertising, shortlisting and arranging interviews.
- Administering and publishing the monthly HR reports.
- Assisting the management team with documentation, including appraisals and letters.
