Our Asia department has an ever-growing customer base, we are looking for someone to be the voice to these customers. The successful candidate will need to make every effort to fully understand the customers and work with the operations team to ensure expectations are met and managed.
What the role is
The successful candidate will join our Asia customer service team at our head office in Chelmsford. The office is fast paced meaning that the successful candidate will be required to think on their feet and have good attention to detail skills. Team work is essential for success in this role.
The successful candidate must have worked in a shipping environment focused on the Asia trade.
